„Green Village“

“Green village” is located in a quiet and peaceful part of resort Palanga. It is around 400m to the seaside. Guests are welcome to stay in an individual houses, which were architecturally designed to blend into the nature of the seaside. “Green Village” is offering you an ideal place for family holidays, which is far from the city noise and close to sea rustle.

“Green Village” is in possesion of 24 fully equipped 3-storey 190m2 individual houses with sauna. It is planed for comfort stay of 6 persons in each of the nicely stilled house, but there is also a possibility for 8 and more persons to stay. Houses are ideal for people, who appreciate comfort and interior.

Nicely distributed houses gives privacy to each of guests:

• 1st floor – living-room with LCD TV, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, sauna + shower, WC, terrace with garden furniture, one car garage ;
• 2d floor – big bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, two smaller bedrooms with shared shower + WC and one balcony, storage room, where you can find washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer;
• 3rd floor – attic with additional sleeping places, big terrace (30m2).

Individual houses have all needed home appliances. There are dishes, bedding, towels and bathroom cosmetics as well.

We can offer you bicycles. There is a bicycle road next to us Šventoji - Klaipėda or even Nida, which you will be able to ride on.

Your children will not stay unattended as well. There is perfectly equipped children’s playground in "Green Village” area. Area’s gates are always closed and locked so you don’t have to be worried about children’s safety.

For those, who would like to go out to the city centre and have some drinks, there is a bus stop next to us, where minibuses shuttle.

You will definitely find something every evening to enjoy. You can BBQ on your outdoor terrace, or chose your roof terrace for the romantic evening with glass of wine observing the falling stars.
